About Us

PT. Siger Jaya Abadi was incorporated on the 26th August 2011, in Lampung, Sumatera, Indonesia. Initially, we produced pasteurized blue swimming crab meat (portunus sp.) which was exported to the United States.

In July 2013, we took a big leap to achieve our vision by purchasing land and factory facilities to manage the production more independently. This acquisition allowed the company to become bigger, stronger, and garnered more support and commitment from stakeholders.

From 2017 – mid 2019, we have concluded more then 100 shipments to USA, UK, Lebanon, the Netherlands, France, Singapore, Malaysia and China, also locally. We believe this growth and production boost is heavily attributed to our people. The members of SJA are not only expertise people with more years of experience in the crab and fisheries market, but also experienced persons from financial institutions. The combination between the two allowed us to balance optimal productions with financial soundness. The winning combination meets further success in where we have been receiving trust through various financial institutions.

We also have obtained international standard in food industry, notably blueswiming crab, namely HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard for Foor Safety given with grade A respectively.

We have assembled a strong, passionate, and skillful team that will pave the way towards becoming an industry champion to the benefit of its employees, government, community, and stakeholders.

Likewise, President Joko Widodo has a strong commitment to develop and fully support marine transportation and sea fisheries. SJA is determined to harness the opportunity to pursue growth and align its vision with the government.

Since 2014, we are highly committed and has been actively contributing to activities in traceability and sustainability of blue swimming crab in ocean by engaging through APRI (Indonesia Blue Swimming Crab Processing Association).

In this year, we have a strong ambition to grow market to USA even more, France, UAE, and China, both with our Seaprime brand and private label from buyers. We are planning to diversify our products to fisheries and value added products. We are moving forward to be one of the largest and most sustainable seafood companies in Asia Pacific.

Bambang Ardayanto

With more than 20 years experience in banking industry, especially in international trade financing. Throughout 7 year of experience in crab meat industry, Bambang has expertise in managing and developing seafood business (supply chain, operation, sales/market), notably in finance, risk management, and processes & cost transformation perspectives. Bambang holds bachelor degree from Agriculture Faculty of Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.

Winda Utami


Graduated from Faculty of Law of Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta, Winda has a strong legal background. She is specialized in business law and corporate law.

Yoga Sadana

Chief Executive Officer

Yoga has more than 20 years exprience in banking industry, particularly in operations and services. His 7 year experience in crab meat industry has made him highly competent in managing and growing seafood business (supply chain, operation, sales/market) outstandingly. He has a strong network in market and finance. Yoga holds a bachelor degree from Agriculture Faculty of Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.

Pulung Nugroho

Operation Director

Pulung posseses more than 15 years in managing operation and supply chain of blue swimming crab industry, exceptionally in procurement and operation management. His great interpersonal skill has enabled him to maintain a fruitful relationship with suppliers, which is the key success of this business.

Dwi Satya Ardyanto

Marketing Director

Before joining our team, Ardy was a consultant for Justice for the Poor Program of the World Bank, Bamboedoea Communication for the Communication and Information Centre of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (UNDP project), law firms, and lastly was a corporate secretary at a mining service company. Apart from his legal background, he has also been involved actively in entrepreneurial and marketing activities in trading and service fields. He holds his bachelor degree in Law from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (2004) and master degree in international human rights law from Lunds Universitet, Sweden (2006) awarded with a full scholarship.

Tika Ardhiani


Tika has graduated her bachelor degree in Psychology from University of Indonesia, Jakarta, and Queensland University, Australia, then master degree majoring in Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University. She has also participated in a marketing short course so-called principal/product market fit from Stanford University. Given such background, she is able to devise SJA’s marketing strategy alongside Ardy, specially for local market development.
